Life Fitness

If you’ve been to any fitness club then you have probably seen the name or used a few of their equipment. Considered to be one of the leading manufacturers of home gyms, Life Fitness is one of the most ubiquitous brands in the commercial fitness industry.

Life Fitness is well know for their comfort and durability and use precision into making their fitness equipment allowing for a smooth, natural range of motion. They manufacture a variety of high grade equipment for both commercial and residential facilities including treadmills, home gyms, full training stations and more. With the durability however, comes a hefty price tag. Life Fitness home gyms are not cheap and quite honestly, probably not worth the money if you are a beginner or an amateur fitness buff. Personally, we find that despite their reputation, there are other, more affordable home gyms that are just as good and offer more for the buyer.

Life Fitness has a few, commercial quality home gym models to choose from. We have reviewed 3 of the more popular models, the G2, G3, and G4. Each has its own benefits and intensity levels. We will be reviewing the G7 in the upcoming weeks.
