I used this fine piece of machinery a number of times and was fortunate to have owned one or one that was similar to this model years ago.
It was so long ago, I can’t recall exactly but I do remember that the brand name was featured prominently on the side of the body.
I got so much out of it.
This is a solid, very well designed home gym and despite my bias favoring plate loaded machines, I would put this on my list of best home gyms.
This selectorized machine provides smooth, fluid movements and gets the job done.
It’s so simple yet so effective.
Loaded with 210 lbs. of stacked weights (10 lb. increments), it definitely targets the muscle group each station is designed for and provides the average and/or experienced user with intense, muscle building work outs.
Like all home gyms, you have to go through the agonizing ordeal of assembling unless you have someone do it for you.
Once completed however, you’ll be able to enjoy years of extensive strength training between two individual work stations that provide multiple workouts.
A couple of tips before you start assembling.
First, when you start assembling the pulleys, don’t tighten them all the way until you can test them with the cables running through them.
I had to loosen every pulley because they weren’t spinning.
And second, as obvious as it may sound, keep in mind that this is a relatively large machine so make sure you assemble the home gym in the room you want it placed.
No duh.., I know, but you’d be surprised.
